Elmer’s Restaurants is seeking a shift supervisor to lead front and back of house teams, ensuring that every Guest is delighted by directing the efforts of the front and back of the house teams. This is a great position to start your management career!

You will monitor service standards, coach staff, and ensure consistent quality in a fast-paced environment while upholding hospitality values that keep guests returning.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, and understand English in a restaurant environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills with patience and diplomacy.
• Experience in food service and supervisory roles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise restaurant operations when GM/AMs are unavailable.
• Ensure Elmer’s standards and steps of service are followed.
• Interact with Guests to ensure satisfaction and resolve issues promptly.
• Monitor food quality and service through front and back of house areas.
• Open/close shifts and manage cash drawers and side work as assigned.
