Job summary

Slice House Walnut Creek is seeking a shift lead to supervise daily operations, ensure guest satisfaction, train crew, and maintain cleanliness and safety.

You will manage inventory, enforce policies, coordinate breaks, and uphold QSC standards while representing the Slice House brand. This is a full-time role with flexible hours during peak periods and opportunities for growth within the team.

Responsibilities

• Performs all tasks and responsibilities of a Slice House shift lead.
• Provide outstanding guest service by greeting and acknowledging every Guest and upholding high standards.
• Trains newer or less experienced crew members in their tasks and responsibilities.
• Practices inventory control standards.
• Store policies are being followed by all staff members.
• Ensure appropriate cleanliness, sanitation, safety, and staffing standards are maintained.
• Open and/or close the Restaurant and meet required work hours.
• Manage and motivate the crew members.
• Ensure breaks are coordinated effectively and quickly.
• Assemble and package orders according to the Slice House standard.
• Assist all other positions when necessary.
• Represent the Slice House brand.
