Responsibilities

• Conduct shift walk-through and complete opening and closing tasks.
• Engage with guests to ensure service and enjoyment standards are met.
• Perform food preparation tasks as necessary.
• Ensure cleanliness standards are maintained throughout the restaurant.
• Complete shift administration and banking tasks.
• Monitor compliance with health department regulations.
• Address and resolve customer concerns professionally.
• Train and guide new team members.
