Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; age 18+.
• 6+ months of restaurant operations experience.
• Complete Shift Lead training; ServSafe certification in some states.
• English communication required; Spanish helpful.
• Basic reading, writing, math and POS skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain brand image through cleanliness, maintenance and service excellence.
• Lead and coach team members; ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
• Drive guest-focused service and food quality; manage operations per standards.
• Assist in training and identifying internal candidates for Shift Lead roles.
• Analyze operations data and monitor costs to support goals.
• Respond to guest concerns professionally and ensure resolutions.
