Job summary

WhiteWater Express is hiring a Shift Leader to oversee daily shift operations, train and lead the team, and deliver excellent customer service. This full-time role offers paid training, growth opportunities, and a supportive environment.

You’ll start at $15–$17 per hour plus biweekly tips, with flexible scheduling and a focus on safety and teamwork. This is a fast-paced, active position suited for energetic leaders.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Previous leadership, retail, hospitality or customer service experience preferred
• Comfortable outdoors in various weather conditions
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active during shift
• Available evenings and weekends
• Strong communication and team leadership skills
• Dependable, motivated and customer-focused
• Able to follow safety procedures and company policies
• Must pass a background check

Responsibilities

• Support daily shift operations and assist with team oversight
• Ensure team members understand and complete their responsibilities
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns
• Help customers choose wash packages and memberships
• Monitor equipment performance and report maintenance needs
• Assist with incident reports and operational documentation
• Ensure safety policies and procedures are followed
• Support store opening and closing procedures
• Maintain site cleanliness, organization, and wash quality
• Encourage a positive, team-focused work environment
