Job summary

Murphy Oil USA, Inc is hiring for a part-time Shift Lead to provide excellent customer service, handle cash transactions, and assist in daily store operations. You will help the team meet performance goals while maintaining a clean, safe environment at the Alabama location.

The role requires 18+ years (21+ in certain states) and at least 3 months of cashier experience, with opportunities for advancement from Shift Lead to Assistant Manager in as little as 6 months.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of related job experience.
• Requires minimum 3 months of Cashier experience.
• Must be 18+ years old (19+ in Indiana, 20+ in Kentucky, 21+ in Alabama and listed states).

Responsibilities

• Providing prompt, efficient, and courteous customer experience.
• Responding to and resolving customer's requests and concerns.
• Assisting customers with purchases and fuel transactions.
• Operating cash register.
• Ensure fuel and merchandise is available for customers.
• Maintaining a clean and safe environment.
• Supporting the Store Manager in all store operations.
• Helping lead the team to exceed the store's performance goals and objectives.
• Performing job related duties as assigned.
