Job summary

ModWash in Lexington, NC is seeking an Assistant General Manager to oversee daily operations and support the general manager. You will lead a team, drive membership sales, and ensure every guest has an outstanding experience while educating customers on the benefits of membership.

You’ll manage staff scheduling, open/close duties, maintain site standards, inventory, training, and safety. This fast-paced role offers career growth and competitive pay.

You’ll work as a team to drive membership sales while ensuring each guest has an outstanding experience to help grow the ModWash brand. You’ll educate them on the value and savings of becoming a member and help them select the best package to suit their needs.What you’ll do:Deliver mind blowing customer service. Greet all customers with a smile, a wave and a friendly attitude.Actively sell and present each of the ModWash packages and the benefits of unlimited wash memberships.Safely guide and assist guests through the ModWash packages, and membership options.Actively engage with customers pre/post wash to ensure 100% satisfaction.Collaborate with and encourage the team to meet sales goals.Execute opening and closing site responsibilities when scheduled.
