Job summary

Raindrop Car Wash in Birmingham, AL is seeking a Shift Lead to support daily operations, coach teammates, and maintain tunnel uptime during shifts. This role extends site management by upholding SOPs and ensuring a smooth, high-quality wash experience for every customer.

You will supervise during peak periods, drive membership sales at the kiosk, and coordinate coverage while responding quickly to on-site issues.

The Shift Lead at Raindrop Car Wash serves as an extension of site management by supporting day-to-day operations, ensuring team performance, and maintaining tunnel uptime during assigned shifts. While not responsible for full-site
leadership, the Shift Lead is expected to uphold and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), coach teammates in real time, support and assist in basic troubleshooting of equipment or chemical delivery.

Working Conditions

This position involves outdoor work in variable weather conditions and requires frequent movement between areas of the site. Exposure to water, chemicals, and motorized equipment is common. Shift Leads are expected to work weekends, evenings, and cover gaps in the schedule when needed.
