Job summary

Eaze in Tallahassee, FL is seeking a store Keyholder to promote and sell products, deliver excellent customer service, and help open/close the store. You will train teammates, ensure compliance, and support inventory and merchandising tasks.

The ideal candidate has retail or customer service experience, is reliable, punctual, and able to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced environment. A high school diploma or GED is required.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell products, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and excellent in-store service.
• Open and close the store as a Keyholder.

• Encourage sales through engagement, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge.
• Ensure compliance with policies and MED requirements and maintain training binders.
• Assist with inventory, receiving, and stocking merchandise.
• Maintain a clean, neat, and well-stocked store and update signage and pricing.

• Compensation: $16/hour

What the role is about:

Responsible for promoting and selling products, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, delivering excellent customer service, and enhancing the customer experience in-store. Keyholder responsible for the ability to open and close the store.

What impact you'll make:

• Responsible for the proper and accurate use and training of the POS, cash handling, safe audits, and change drops
• Ensures high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent customer service
• Greets and checks in customers in a friendly and welcoming manner
• Assists customers in-store, on the phone, and processes online orders
• Encourages sales through engagement of customers, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge
• Ensures compliance with legal requirements and has a full understanding of the training and compliance binder
• Assists with inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise
• Upholds the Company policies and procedures and MED compliance standards
• Upholds visual merchandising standards, checking that proper signage, price tickets, marketing materials, etc., are visible and updated
• Responsible for maintaining a clean, neat, and well-stocked store, as well as ensuring general housekeeping duties are upheld
• Responsible for opening and closing the store as a keyholder
• Support management in training new employees

Whatyou’veaccomplished:

What you're capable of:

• Must be able to lift at least 25 lbs. and be able to stand, sit, bend, kneel, crouch, and reach.
