Job summary

Eaze, a Florida cannabis retailer, seeks a store associate to promote and sell products and deliver outstanding customer service in-store. This role includes opening and closing the store as a keyholder and ensuring a positive customer experience.

You will handle POS and cash, assist customers by phone and online orders, and maintain inventory, signage, and merchandising standards. A reliable, punctual, and cooperative team member is essential.

Qualifications

• Sales experience in retail is preferred but not required.
• Customer service experience in hospitality/retail is valued.
• Reliable, punctual, trustworthy attitude is essential.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work days/nights/weekends/holidays.
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.

• Compensation: $16/hour

What the role is about:

Responsible for promoting and selling products, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, delivering excellent customer service, and enhancing the customer experience in-store. Keyholder responsible for the ability to open and close the store.

What impact you'll make:

• Responsible for the proper and accurate use and training of the POS, cash handling, safe audits, and change drops
• Ensures high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent customer service
• Greets and checks in customers in a friendly and welcoming manner
• Assists customers in-store, on the phone, and processes online orders
• Encourages sales through engagement of customers, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge
• Ensures compliance with legal requirements and has a full understanding of the training and compliance binder
• Assists with inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise
• Upholds the Company policies and procedures and MED compliance standards
• Upholds visual merchandising standards, checking that proper signage, price tickets, marketing materials, etc., are visible and updated
• Responsible for maintaining a clean, neat, and well-stocked store, as well as ensuring general housekeeping duties are upheld
• Responsible for opening and closing the store as a keyholder
• Support management in training new employees

What you’ve accomplished:

• Sales experience in a retail store environment is preferred, but not required
• Customer service experience in restaurant, hospitality, and retail
• Reliable, punctual, dependable, and trustworthy
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work days/nights/weekends/holidays
• High school diploma or equivalent, or GED

What you're capable of:

• Must be able to lift at least 25 lbs. and be able to stand, sit, bend, kneel, crouch, and reach
• Must have reliable transportation to store
• Willing and able to submit fingerprints for a Level 2 background screening upon hire
