KIN. Social by Quartiere Restaurant Holdings is seeking a confident Shift Lead to help run daily service at our Stamford, CT location. This hands-on leadership role emphasizes guest hospitality, team guidance, and maintaining service standards with calm supervision during busy periods.

The ideal candidate has restaurant experience, strong communication, and the ability to balance guest care with keeping the team organized and focused throughout service. Evening/weekend shifts required.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant leadership experience required.
• Experience in front-of-house service and restaurant operations.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead a team during busy service.

Responsibilities

• Lead front-of-house operations during assigned shifts.
• Maintain presence on the floor and support the team during service.
• Coordinate servers, bartenders, hosts, and runners.
• Monitor service flow and adjust as needed.
• Delegate side work, opening, and closing duties.
• Ensure staff follow KIN. Social service standards.
• Coach team members and resolve guest concerns.
• Communicate updates to management.
• Support management in maintaining a professional team environment.
