Qualifications

• 3+ years of restaurant management experience at GM/AGM level or higher.
• Proven ability to lead and develop managers and hourly staff.
• Strong understanding of restaurant financials, including labor and budgeting.
• Experience with scheduling, payroll, inventory, and restaurant tech.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
