Job summary

Texas Roadhouse is seeking a Restaurant Shift Lead with strong communication and leadership to support the management team during shifts.

You’ll supervise Front of House and Back of House operations, help control labor and costs, coach team members to maintain consistency in food and service, enforce safety and alcohol service guidelines, and ensure guest satisfaction across paced service. Weekly pay and a competitive benefits package are provided after eligibility.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a restaurant shift and coordinating staff across FOH and BOH.
• Strong communication skills and ability to guide a team under pressure.
• Knowledge of basic food safety practices and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Front of House and Back of House during scheduled shifts.
• Help maintain projected costs and labor targets for shifts.
• Provide hands-on supervision and assist with serving, hosting, cooking as needed.
• Host promotions and ensure staff follow recipes and procedures.
• Enforce liquor laws and Responsible Alcohol Service guidelines.
• Manage guest flow and ticket times, ensuring smooth service.
• Coach employees to maintain consistency in food and service and drive sales.
• Ensure 100% table visits where applicable and uphold safety standards.
• Maintain culture and core values: passion, partnership, integrity, and fun with purpose.
