Responsibilities

• Maintain projected costs and labor during shifts.
• Provide hands-on supervision of the restaurant across FOH/BOH.
• Host promotions and Alley Rallies.
• Ensure staff follow recipes and procedures.
• Enforce liquor laws and Responsible Alcohol Service guidelines.
• Control guest flow and monitor ticket times.
• Coach employees to maintain consistency in food and service to increase sales.
• Conduct 100% table visits where applicable.
• Practice safe food handling procedures.
