Job summary

Pilot Company in New Albany, Indiana, is seeking an individual to provide operational support to the restaurant management team, supervising restaurant activities during non-peak hours and assisting the management team as needed.

Responsibilities include maintaining brand standards, executing shift plans, monitoring food prep and cash handling, and ensuring hospitality and SOS goals. The role encompasses training, adherence to Brand/PTC processes, safety, and compliant operations.

Responsibilities

• Maintains Brand and PTC restaurant operational standards
• Executes shift plan
• Follows up assigned tasks
• Assists management team
• Monitors labor usage and break policy according to Blue Cube
• Adheres to Brand and PTC processes and policies
• Monitors register procedures and cash handling policies and processes
• Maintains safe working conditions by following all safety and security policies and processes
• Ensures all team members are adhering to Brand and PTC’s dress code standards
• Follows all Brand maintenance processes and methods
• Advises Restaurant General Manager as to performance/discipline problems
• Ensures compliant execution of suggestive selling, product, food safety and cleanliness standards
• Ensures products are available and fresh
• Other duties as assigned by management
