Costa Vida in Lehi, Utah is seeking a Shift Lead to join our team. This position offers both part-time and full-time hours with starting pay between $14.00 and $16.00 per hour plus tips.

You will organize shifts, assign duties, train staff, handle guest situations, and ensure compliance with health and safety standards. Responsibilities include cash handling, opening/closing the restaurant, and cross-training in other roles.

• Ability to train new staff on tasks.
