RESTAURANT SHIFT LEAD

Starting at $13.00/$15.00 hr. plus TIPS

JOB OVERVIEW

Shift Leads are one of the most influential team members within Costa Vida.

• Organizing shift schedules for team members
• Assigning duties to specific team members based on role and skills
• Training new and current team members on task
• Respond to guests and come up with creative solutionsAdhering to company policies and health, safety, and employment standards
• Balancing cash drawers and preparing cash deposits
• Opening/Closing the restaurant
• Proficiency in other positions within the restaurant
