Chick-fil-A Elgin is seeking a Shift Leader to guide a high-energy team and ensure smooth daily operations at our Elgin restaurant.

You will lead shifts, train teammates, and maintain excellent guest service in a fast-paced setting, with opportunities for growth and development.
