Taco Bell at 261 Mount Gilead, Mount Gilead, OH 43338 is seeking a dependable Shift Lead to help keep the store running smoothly by supporting team members, assisting customers, and helping oversee shift operations.

You’ll lead by example, provide friendly service, ensure food quality and speed, keep the dining area clean and stocked, monitor shift flow, and assist with training and coaching. Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Formación

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Previous food service or retail experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to lead and support a team.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.

Responsabilidades

• Lead by example and support team members during shifts.
