Job summary

The Wendy's Company is seeking a Shift Manager to guide Crew members, assign tasks, coach performance, and ensure quick, friendly service and high product quality. You will monitor daily operations to uphold QSC standards and help control costs while maintaining a clean, safe dining environment.

On-the-job training is provided along with advancement opportunities, and the role may involve opening or closing procedures as needed to support restaurant success.

Qualifications

• Ability to legally work in the US.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Ability to come to work regularly and promptly.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time without a break.
• Ability to comply with all food safety regulations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet required service time standards.
• Ability to take direction and work well with others.
• Ability to react to change and maintain a positive attitude.
• Ability to obtain Food Safety Certification.
• 1 or more years of restaurant or supervisory experience.

• Direct and coach crew team members; delegate tasks and ensure service quality.
• Ensure proper training and safe working conditions; follow safety guidelines.
