Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old (varies by state)
• Minimum 3 months of cashier experience
• High school diploma / GED or 6 months related experience
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Able to perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching; lift up to 50 pounds occasionally

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, efficient, and courteous customer experience
• Respond to and resolve customer requests and concerns
• Assist customers with purchases and fuel transactions
• Operate cash register
• Ensure fuel and merchandise is available for customers
• Maintain a clean and safe store environment
• Support Store Manager in store operations
• Help lead team to exceed store performance goals
• Perform duties as assigned
• In management absence, back up daily/monthly paperwork, resolve problems, review daily video, plan-o-gram compliance, inventory ordering, product count, equipment maintenance, and training new employees
