Job summary

Murphy Oil USA, Inc is hiring part-time Shift Leads to provide prompt, friendly customer service and support store operations in Flowood, MS. The role offers daily pay and a path to advancement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or at least 6 months of related job experience.
• Minimum 3 months of cashier experience.
• Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Able to bend, stand, reach and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, efficient, and courteous customer service.
• Respond to and resolve customer requests and concerns.
• Assist customers with purchases and fuel transactions.
• Operate the cash register and ensure fuel/merchandise availability.
• Maintain a clean and safe store environment.
• Support the Store Manager and lead the team to meet goals.
• Perform daily/monthly paperwork and training duties as needed.
