Job summary

Murphy USA Inc. is hiring part-time Shift Leads for our Waynesboro, Mississippi locations. You will provide prompt, friendly customer service, assist customers with purchases and fuel transactions, operate the register, and help maintain a clean, safe store environment.

You will support the Store Manager and help lead the team to exceed performance goals. Eligible team members receive daily pay options, comprehensive benefits, 401K with company matches, education assistance, and opportunities

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 months of Cashier experience.
• High school diploma or GED or 6 months related experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, efficient, and courteous customer experience.
• Respond to and resolve customer requests and concerns.
• Assist customers with purchases and fuel transactions.
• Operate cash register and ensure fuel/merchandise availability.
• Maintain a clean and safe store environment.
• Support Store Manager in daily store operations.
• Lead team to exceed performance goals and provide coverage as needed.
