Job summary

Murphy Oil USA, Inc is hiring part-time Shift Leads in Biloxi, MS. You will provide prompt customer service, assist with purchases, and support store operations under the Store Manager. This role includes operating the cash register and maintaining a clean, safe store environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 months of cashier experience required.
• High school diploma or GED expected.
• Must be 18+ (19 in some states, 21 in listed states).

Responsibilities

• Providing prompt, efficient, and courteous customer experience
• Responding to and resolving customer's requests and concerns
• Assisting customers with purchases and fuel transactions
• Operating cash register
• Ensure fuel and merchandise is available for customers
• Mantaining a clean and safe environment
• Supporting the Store Manager in all store operations
• Helping lead the team to exceed the store’s performance goals and objectives
• Performing job related duties as assigned
• In the absence of management provide backup duties including daily/monthly paperwork, resolving problems, reviewing daily video, plan-o-gram compliance, inventory ordering, product count and equipment maintenance and training new employees
