Qualifications

• Age requirements: must be 18+ (19 in Indiana, 20 in Kentucky, 21 in several states).
• HS diploma or GED, or at least 6 months of related experience.
• Minimum 3 months of cashier experience.
• Must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, efficient, courteous customer experience.
• Respond to and resolve customer requests and concerns.
• Assist customers with purchases and fuel transactions.
• Operate cash register.
• Ensure fuel and merchandise is available for customers.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment.
• Support the Store Manager in all store operations.
• Help lead the team to exceed store performance goals.
• Perform duties as assigned.
• In the absence of management, back-up duties including paperworks, problem solving, video review, inventory, ordering, and training new employees.
