Job summary

Murphy Oil USA, Inc. is hiring part-time Shift Leads in Denham Springs, LA. You will provide prompt, courteous customer experiences, assist with purchases and fuel transactions, and help lead the team to exceed store goals.

Requirements include at least a GED or high school diploma, 6 months of related experience, 3 months of cashier experience, and a valid driver’s license. Training and advancement opportunities are available within a diverse, supportive environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required, or at least 6 months of related job experience.
• Minimum 3 months of cashier experience.
• Must be 18+ (19+ in IN, 20+ in KY, 21+ in several states).
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, efficient, courteous customer experience.
• Respond to and resolve customer requests and concerns.
• Assist customers with purchases and fuel transactions.
• Operate cash register and maintain store cleanliness and safety.
• Support Store Manager and lead team to meet store goals.
