Job summary

DoorDash is seeking a proactive Shift Lead for DashMart in Tucker, GA. You will manage daily warehouse and light kitchen operations, ensuring orders are fulfilled accurately and inventory remains in good condition.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; college diploma preferred.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and operate pallet jack/hand truck.
• Experience in food, warehouse, or retail environments.
• Proficient with Google Docs and Google Sheets.

Responsibilities

• Lead Operations Associates through shift, ensuring safety and productivity.
• Fulfill orders accurately and maintain inventory in the warehouse and kitchen.
• Delegate tasks and escalate daily operational issues.
• Collaborate across warehouse and kitchen to deliver a high‑quality customer experience.
