Job summary

Mo' Bettahs in Zionsville, IN is seeking a Shift Lead to oversee daily operations, assist with team guidance and ensure smooth service.

You’ll step in when the General Manager or Manager in Training aren’t available, help with product prep, customer relations, restaurant maintenance, and drive fast, accurate service. Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must be authorized to work in the US.
• Restaurant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Shift Leads perform the duties of Team Members with additional leadership responsibilities.
• In the absence of the General Manager or Manager in Training, lead the shift and assume leadership role.
• Help ensure compliance with company standards across operations, including product preparation, delivery, customer relations, restaurant maintenance and team management.
