Domino's Pizza Portsmouth is seeking a motivated Team Lead to step up and help run shifts, ensuring smooth operations and delivering great customer experiences. You’ll be the go-to person on shift, leading the team and keeping the store busy and efficient.

You’ll run and manage shifts, lead team members, help make pizzas, handle cash, train new staff, and support daily store goals. The role offers flexible schedules and competitive pay with full benefits for full-time employees.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Positive, customer-focused attitude
• Strong attendance and punctuality
• Basic math and cash-handling skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to run a shift at least 3 times per week
• Adaptable, self-motivated, and team-oriented
• Facial tattoos are not permitted. Some facial piercings may be allowed but limited.
