Job summary

RaceTrac, Inc. is seeking a hands-on Shift Manager to lead store shifts, drive guest service excellence, and manage daily operations with a focus on teamwork and integrity.

You will train staff, supervise food service, stock, and cash handling, and keep the store running smoothly in a fast-paced environment. You will develop future leaders, uphold safety and cleanliness standards, and communicate clearly with teammates and managers.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of work experience in retail, restaurant, or food service.
• 1+ years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Comfort in fast-paced, high-volume environments.
• Ability to coach others and follow through on tasks.

Responsibilities

• Lead the shift, set a positive tone, and motivate the team.
• Guide food service, stocking, cleaning, or cash handling as needed.
