Ayvaz Pizza, a Pizza Hut franchisee, is seeking a Restaurant Shift Manager to assist with daily restaurant operations and ensure friendly, personalized service with great food delivered promptly in a clean, inviting environment.

The Shift Manager will work with Restaurant Managers and team members to uphold operational standards, while remaining self-motivated and team-oriented in a fast-paced setting. 18+ with necessary documents is required.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
• Reliable and results-driven self-starter.
• Strong written, numeric and interpersonal skills.
• Must have reliable transportation and be 18+ years old.
• Must have all documents and permits required by state and federal law.

Responsibilities

• Train and supervise crew members.
• Monitor and reinforce food safety standards and procedures.
• Interact with customers in a friendly, polite and professional manner.
• Execute cost control systems.
