The Shift Manager will train and supervise crew, reinforce safety practices, interact with guests professionally, implement cost controls, and assign prep/cleaning tasks as needed during shifts.

Qualifications

• 18 years old required to work in a manager role.
• Possess all documents and permits required by state and federal law.
• Undergo background screening per local laws and regulations.
• Flexible work availability.
• Results oriented and customer focused.
• Previous customer service work experience is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Training and supervising crew members.
