Job summary

Burger King is seeking an Hourly Shift Coordinator in Jacksonville, IL. You will lead Team Members on shift, ensure food quality, speed, cleanliness, and safety, and coach the crew to stay energized and accountable.

Reporting to the RGM and AM, you’ll own shift execution, communicate clearly, and drive results through attention to detail and leading by example. An entry-level leadership path awaits the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in restaurants, retail, or another fast-paced environment.
• People-first attitude with strong communication skills.
• Ability to motivate others and solve problems during busy shifts.
• Commitment to great guest experiences and BK standards.

Responsibilities

• Create great guest experiences by guiding the team to deliver fast, friendly service in a clean environment.
• Coach and motivate the crew by offering feedback and supporting development.
• Lead shift operations by executing the plan, upholding BK standards, directing workflow.
• Support profitability by following cash control procedures and helping manage inventory.
