Job summary

Applegreen USA is seeking a Shift Lead for a Burger King location in South Carolina. The role supports the GM and AGM, overseeing a shift of Crew Members to ensure accurate product prep, prompt service, and adherence to brand standards.

The Shift Lead will coach Team Members, manage inventory, and help drive guest satisfaction in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Must be available for flexible hours, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintains inventory and supports efficient product preparation and sale.

• Ensures operations uphold brand standards and guest expectations.
• Coaches and provides feedback to Team Members; performs Crew Member duties when necessary.
