Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of restaurant experience, preferably as a shift lead.
• Ability to work 2 morning (opening) and 2 night (closing) shifts.
• Proven ability to lead teams in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate strong menu and product knowledge.
• Lead and manage a team of 2-5 crew members during shifts.
• Open and close shifts as a key holder with accuracy and efficiency.
• Maintain clear communication with guests and team members during shifts.
• Participate in training programs and develop skills continuously.
• Ensure scheduling adherence and reliability.
