Job summary

Chestnut Land Company, the largest domestic Auntie Anne's Pretzels franchise partner, seeks a Shift Leader for The Avenues in Jacksonville, FL. You will direct restaurant operations in the absence of the General Manager and Assistant Manager to maintain the highest standards of food quality, service, cleanliness and workplace safety.

Responsibilities include prepping, baking and serving pretzels, greeting customers, monitoring breaks and scheduling, and training new staff.
