Job summary

The Team Lead at Little Caesars-Ampler Pizza II helps the General Manager run daily operations, supervise crew, and ensure fast, accurate service and great customer satisfaction. This role involves lifting and standing for long periods, coaching staff, and enforcing safety and cleanliness standards on shift.

You will also assist in recruiting, training, and managing cost controls to protect profitability while maintaining high product quality and customer experience.

Qualifications

• Have prior retail or customer-facing experience preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age and possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Demonstrate basic math skills and excellent verbal communication.
• Be dependable, hardworking, and able to work under pressure.
• Possess a valid driver's license and meet background verification guidelines.
• Eligibility to work in the United States as required by law.

Responsibilities

• Serve customers with accurate, complete orders within service time goals.
• Prepare and ensure high quality products as described in the handbook.
• Supervise and coach team members to meet standards and procedures.
• Maintain clean, organized work stations and comply with health rules.
• Support opening/closing duties and handle daily paperwork.
• Assist in recruiting, training, and marketing activities.
• Monitor costs and supervise shift activities for efficiency and safety.
• Diligently follow company policies and report issues promptly.
