You will coach staff, ensure food quality and safety, handle opening/closing duties, cash handling, and guest concerns with professional and friendly service. Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Competitive hourly pay range $15-$16, eligibility for overtime and benefits apply.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support Crew Members during shifts to ensure smooth and efficient operations
• Provide coaching, direction, and real-time feedback to team members
• Deliver excellent guest service and resolve guest concerns professionally
• Ensure product quality, accuracy, and presentation meet company standards
• Monitor and enforce food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness requirements
• Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and shift reporting
• Delegate tasks effectively to maintain productivity during peak business periods
• Support training and onboarding of new team members
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Step into Crew Member responsibilities as needed to support operations
