Job summary

Burger King is seeking an Hourly Shift Coordinator to lead the team during assigned shifts, ensuring quality food, fast service, cleanliness, and safety for a superior guest experience. You’ll coach team members, resolve problems quickly, and maintain focus, motivation, and accountability.

Working under the RGM and AM, you’ll own shift execution and drive results through clear communication and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Requires being at least 18 years old.
• Experience in restaurants, retail, or other fast-paced environments is preferred.
• Strong communication and people skills are essential.
• Willingness to learn and grow into leadership responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Create great guest experiences by guiding the team to deliver fast, friendly service in a clean environment.
• Coach and motivate the crew, giving feedback and supporting development during shifts.
• Lead shift operations by executing the plan, upholding BK standards, and directing workflow.
• Support profitability through cash control, inventory management, and receiving truck orders.
