Job summary

Burger King is seeking an Hourly Shift Coordinator to lead Team Members on assigned shifts, ensuring quality, speed, cleanliness, and safety. You will coach in the moment and keep the team energized while upholding BK standards.

You’ll report to the Restaurant General Manager and Assistant Manager, taking ownership of shift execution and driving results through clear communication and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in fast-paced environments such as restaurants or retail is expected.
• Strong communication and people skills are essential.
• Ability to motivate others and resolve issues quickly during shifts.
• Commitment to great guest experiences and brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Create great guest experiences by guiding the team to deliver fast, friendly service in a clean environment.
• Coach and motivate the crew with feedback and development support during shifts.
• Lead shift operations by executing the shift plan and directing workflow.
• Support profitability by following cash controls, managing inventory, and receiving truck orders.
