Job summary

Domino’s Spokane location is hiring Shift Leads to support store operations and customer service. Starting wage for training is $18/hour, with raises based on performance, and a monthly bonus potential tied to store goals.

The role offers a clear path to Assistant Manager as teams develop and promotions occur. Salary ranges include $18–$20.25/hour with opportunities for performance bonuses and additional pay tied to store volume and managerial duties.

Qualifications

• Two years of customer service or restaurant experience preferred.
• Be at least 18 years old and able to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Willing to learn and motivate teams; strong communication and problem solving skills.
• Able to work with minimal supervision and manage time effectively.
• Willing to take on additional duties as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide managerial assistance to the store's General Manager.
• Prepare pizzas and ensure accurate and timely order delivery.
• Drop off nightly deposits and complete required paperwork when the GM is absent.
• Supervise staff, manage labor and inventory, and maintain cleanliness.
• Interview, hire, onboard and train new team members.
• Maintain safety and quality standards in a fast-paced environment.
