Qualifications

• Shift Leads must be 18 years or older.
• Two years of customer service or restaurant experience preferred.
• Willing to learn and work with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication and problem solving skills required.
• Able to motivate and build cohesive teams.
• Flexibility for nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Count inventory and supplies nightly.
• Analyze labor and sales continuously.
• Ensure facility and equipment cleanliness per standards.
• Supervise employees effectively.
• Interview, hire, onboard and train new team members.
• Prepare and package food products.
• Maintain store and equipment; perform cleaning.
