Sizzling Platter LLC in Brigham City, UT is seeking a Shift Lead to guide Crew Members during shifts, maintain standards, and deliver a fast, friendly guest experience. You will act as the leader on duty and work with management to ensure operational excellence.

The role requires strong communication and leadership, flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays, and a commitment to food safety and teamwork in a fast-paced kitchen.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant or leadership experience preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Dependable, accountable, and team-oriented.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support Crew Members during shifts to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Provide coaching, direction, and real-time feedback to team members.
• Deliver excellent guest service and resolve guest concerns professionally.
• Monitor and enforce food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness requirements.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and shift reporting.
• Delegate tasks effectively to maintain productivity during peak business periods.
• Support training and onboarding of new team members.
• Step into Crew Member responsibilities as needed to support operations.
