Job summary

LV Petroleum LLC is seeking a Shift Lead for the Dunkin’ inside our travel center. You will lead team members on shifts, ensure fast, friendly service, and support daily operations in a high-energy setting.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year in food service or retail, strong communication, and leadership abilities. The role offers part-time hours with opportunities for growth and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of food service, retail, or customer service experience preferred.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
• Dependable with strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Flexible schedule, including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate team members during shifts to ensure excellent service and productivity
• Delegate tasks and help maintain smooth restaurant operations
• Deliver outstanding guest service and resolve customer concerns professionally
• Ensure food and beverage quality meets Dunkin’ standards
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards throughout the restaurant
• Assist with opening and closing procedures
• Support training and development of new and existing team members
• Assist with inventory, cash handling, and shift accountability
• Help create a positive, team-oriented work environment
