Job summary

LV Petroleum is seeking a Shift Lead for the Dunkin’ located inside our travel center in Savanna, IL. You will lead team members during shifts, help ensure fast, friendly service, and support daily operations to keep guests happy.

This role emphasizes maintaining guest satisfaction, food quality, cleanliness, and the training of new staff while promoting a positive, team-oriented work environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in food service, retail, or customer service.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills are required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate team members during shifts to ensure excellent service and productivity
• Delegate tasks and help maintain smooth restaurant operations
• Deliver outstanding guest service and resolve customer concerns professionally
• Ensure food and beverage quality meets Dunkin’ standards
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards throughout the restaurant
• Assist with opening and closing procedures
• Support training and development of new and existing team members
• Assist with inventory, cash handling, and shift accountability
• Help create a positive, team-oriented work environment
