Job summary

LV Petroleum is seeking a Shift Lead for the Dunkin’ located inside our travel center in Savanna, IL. You will lead team members during shifts, help ensure fast, friendly service, and support daily operations to keep guests happy.

This role emphasizes maintaining guest satisfaction, food quality, cleanliness, and the training of new staff while promoting a positive, team-oriented work environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in food service, retail, or customer service.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills are required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.

At LV Petroleum, we are searching for energetic Shift Leads for the ICONIC Dunkin’ (located inside our travel center). In this role, you will support daily operations, lead team members during shifts, and help deliver the fast, friendly service Dunkin’ guests know and love. • Dependable with strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Flexible schedule, including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays
• Must be at least 18 years old
