Carrols LLC is seeking an Hourly Shift Coordinator for Burger King® in New Jersey. You will lead team members during shifts to ensure quality food, fast service, cleanliness, and safety while coaching in the moment and solving problems quickly.

Under the RGM and AM, you’ll own shift execution, communicate effectively, and demonstrate leadership by example. This entry-level leadership role offers growth within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in restaurants, retail, or fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Create great guest experiences by guiding the team to deliver fast, friendly service in a clean environment.
• Coach and motivate the crew by giving feedback and supporting development during shifts.
• Lead shift operations by executing the shift plan and upholding BK standards.
• Support profitability by following cash control procedures and assisting with inventory and truck orders.
