Qualificações

Responsabilidades

• Execute the MIC (Manager-In-Charge) routine and ensure duties under People, Customers and Service are completed.
• Ensure Shift Excellence tasks are completed for each assigned position.
• Maintain neat appearance and proper uniform for all employees.
• Prioritize customer needs and maintain high service levels.
• Ensure food safety, quality and accuracy of orders.
• Resolve customer complaints quickly while maintaining positive relations.
• Greet customers warmly and communicate professionally.
• Work with urgency and in coordination with management and peers.

• Demonstrate a positive, enthusiastic attitude toward coworkers.
