Job summary

Cup of Joe Cafes, LLC, operates a Starbucks licensed store in the Market District of Milton, GA. We’re seeking a friendly Barista who loves connecting with guests, works well in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering a great Starbucks experience on every order.

You’ll craft beverages to standard, maintain a clean station, and support the team during busy periods. We offer pay of 14–15 USD per hour plus tips, flexible scheduling, and opportunities to grow from within.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 or older.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Available for a mix of morning, midday, and closing shifts including weekends.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Food handler certification required (or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire).

About the Role

Cup of Joe Cafes is looking for a friendly, guest-focused Barista to join our team at our Starbucks licensed store in the Market District in Milton, GA. One of the most active communities north of Atlanta, this location serves a high-energy mix of commuters, residents, and families who make great coffee a daily priority. • You're comfortable following Starbucks appearance standards (solid black top, black or khaki bottoms, slip-resistant shoes, apron provided) — full dress code shared at interview
