Cup of Joe Cafes, LLC is seeking an experienced Coffeehouse Supervisor for our Starbucks licensed store on Main Street in Woodstock, GA. You will partner with the Coffeehouse Leader to guide daily operations, coach baristas, and maintain a high standard of guest service in a busy, welcoming setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of supervisory or leadership experience in food service, retail, or hospitality.
• Ability to coach, motivate, and develop a team.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong inventory and shift operations.
• Comfort with POS systems, scheduling tools, and daily reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily store operations with the Coffeehouse Leader to drive toward goals.
• Coach and develop Baristas and Shift Leads with real-time feedback on drink craft and brand standards.
• Oversee inventory, ordering, receiving, and stock levels to keep the store guest-ready.
• Support scheduling and shift coverage and lead on the floor when needed.
• Ensure consistent Starbucks Experience for every guest.
• Help build a strong team culture and partner engagement.
• Monitor performance and implement action plans to improve results.
• Step in for the Coffeehouse Leader as floor leader and decision-maker.
• Handle guest concerns with confidence and care.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and operational standards.
